Integrative Psychiatry

Hi, I'm Laura Fredes MD, a psychiatrist who believes in the transformative power of trust and strong patient-physician relationships in treating mental health disorders. 

I provide care for patients ages 15 to 65, using an integrative approach that focuses on the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. I combine conventional psychiatry methods such as medications and psychotherapy with scientifically supported alternative and complementary treatments.

I am particularly passionate about women's mental health and the treatment of perinatal and perimenopausal mental disorders.
