If you consent to receive SMS messages from MindMED Behavioral Health, you may receive conversational and informational text messages related to your care, including:
• Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
• Follow-up communications regarding your treatment
• Care coordination and office notifications
• Responses to inquiries you initiate via text
Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive the types of messages described above from MindMED Behavioral Health. Consent is not a condition of receiving services from our practice.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal information.
Security Notice
Standard SMS text messaging is not a fully secure method of communication. For sensitive health information, please use our secure patient portal or contact our office directly. We will never request sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, or detailed health information) via text message.
