Our Approach to Care

Compassionate, individualized psychiatric care tailored to your needs

What We Believe

At MindMED, we believe mental health challenges are human experiences, not personal failures. Every patient deserves to be heard, understood, and treated with empathy.

We combine evidence-based psychiatry with a whole-person approach—considering your physical health, lifestyle, relationships, and personal goals as part of your care.

How We Work Together

Your care begins with a comprehensive evaluation where we take time to understand your full story—not just your symptoms, but your life, your concerns, and what you hope to achieve.

From there, we develop a personalized treatment plan together. This might include medication management, lifestyle recommendations, or integrated psychotherapy when it supports your overall care.

Appointments are unhurried. We believe good care takes time, and you should never feel rushed.

Please note: MindMED provides psychiatric care, not stand-alone therapy. Psychotherapy is offered only when it’s part of an integrated treatment plan that includes medication management. If you’re looking for therapy alone, we’re happy to recommend excellent therapists in the area.
